Rates will be included in The Client’s proposal and signed contract. The Client will be invoiced prior to service and payment is due in full at start of the first session. Payment is also necessary in order to hold date(s) of organizing sessions.
Payment may be made by check, money order, cash or credit card. Client is fully responsible for any bank charges incurred by Simply Renewed Living due to insufficient account funds.
You can add on sessions at the discounted rate equal to or within the price range of my package pricing. I will send you an additional proposal and invoice for payment.
I offer organizing services to the surrounding areas of Durango, Pagosa Springs, Silverton, Co and Aztec, NM. If the client resides more than 60 minutes each way, a travel fee with apply of an additional $30/hr per session
Cancellation of a scheduled session must be done at least 24 hours in advance (except in the event of an emergency). Simply Renewed Living will then reschedule The Client’s session at a mutually agreed upon date and time. If not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, The Client will forfeit that session. If there are three cancellations there were not due to extenuating circumstances, the third cancellation will not be rescheduled. If I need to reschedule due to illness, you will have the option to receive credit for that session or the opportunity to reschedule. I will also add on a complimentary hour.
You can book all of your appointments at once or we can schedule them one at a time. Please note that for the number of sessions you buy, you have that many months to use your sessions. For example, if you purchase 4 sessions, you will need to schedule them within four months of our first session. This will ensure that we get at least one session in per month, and that you stay on track to reach your organizing goals.
This varies depending on the size of the room or project and the number of belongings to go through. The ability to make quick decisions and the client completing their “homework” between sessions help the process go quicker! I will do a thorough evaluation and provide a game plan with an estimated time frame, but I cannot make any guarantees.
